"Trailer Park Boys." I love that show. It's tacky and bizarre and just GREAT. It's only available on DirecTV. Anyone else see it?

OK, I just saw a trailer for a movie called Law Abiding Citizen. It looks like it's right up my alley: lots of intrigue, vigilantism, and explosions (the SoJ Movie Rating System rates movies from one to five explosions). If anyone happens to see an advance review of this movies, please post it.

Anyone else into this series? I don't get Showtime, so I bought the first 2 seasons on DVD awhile back. We watched all of those (24 episodes I think) in 4 days. Anyway, I had pre-ordered Season 3 right after that and it finally got here Saturday. We were up until almost 3 AM watching 7 episodes (with a short break for an episode of True Blood of course).

Wanted to rent a movie that was just simple minded good comedy and it started out just like that but it also turned out to be much more.

All I can say is that it was SO funny but with a more human more serious twist.

If you haven't seen it, I suggest renting the movie. (the unrated version)

I hadn't heard of this series. Probably wouldn't have watched it either if it hadn't been for this article, because I felt exactly the same as this author. That anything produced by Hollywood these days would have a definite "Americans are the REAL terrorists" slant, and I'm just sick and tired of watching that crap. This looks good.

I thought it was well done, but I would expect that from Mann and Depp. I thought Depp was great in that role, although Bale was miscast as Purvis (a tiny little guy with a squeaky voice). As far as the book it was based from goes, they took a few liberties with the history and gave little part to Pretty Boy Floyd, Baby Face Nelson, and Machinegun Kelly, and I don't recall them even mentoning Bonnie and Clyde. But as far as creating the look and feel of the period, I thought it was...
