A pain in the ass for dubious benefit.

			<description><![CDATA[ OK, even as we speak, I have a 12 pound turkey languishing in my Old Smokey Electric Smoker/Roaster.  This is an experiment as I&#39;ve never cooked anything
this large in the device.
