Pssst, Aborting a viable fetus is illegal in Kansas. Why do you think Tiller went to court? Because the anti-abortion movement alleged he was performing ILLEGAL abortions.
Pssst, why do you think Tiller was found not guilty?
And Kansas doesn't have the most liberal of the abortion laws in the United States. I think New York has the most lax laws.
Abortion is legal, thus it is not murder.
You see, I would argue that it isn't really legal, or, at very least, that some "legal" abortions are not really legal. Twentieth century history provides us with a number of lessons that basic morality need not be legislated to be law. The state's failure to codify and/or enforce key tenets of natural law does not negate them. At the Nuremberg trials, a significant number of the defendants were charged with crimes that were not based in the legal codes of a sovereign authority with legitimate jurisdiction over them when the alleged criminal acts would have occurred. Evil acts can be inherently criminal even when "the law" fails to recognize that.
I doubt anyone here would be willing to stand up for the legitimacy of some procedures that would be legal under New York law. The fact that the state of New York refuses to protect human lives at all until they're fully born does not really make it legal to kill a fully developed fetus for convenience. I would also argue that the so-called live-birth abortions that Obama fought to defend are inherently criminal... those who toss a born baby in a trash can have broken the law, whether the state chooses to recognize it or not.

I'd stack my
level of education and sophistication against yours any day. You don't understand what anybody posts before you type a bunch of nonsense which you
think is a rebuttal. Your avatar is quite tacky too. I bet you think Sarah Palin is a snazzy fashion icon. I can just picture you in your Kawasaki glasses
typing away like a maniac!
